S1 (Bachelor's Degree) of Psychology, minoring in Industrial/Organization & Social Psychology at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Yogyakarta

 

C. Pengalaman :

Pre-Career (2013-2015): - 2013-2015: Research & Development Staff at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional
- 2013-2015: At the same time, being a Co-founder of PijarPsikologi.org & Pijar Psikologi
Career Start (2016-2018) - 2 years:
- 2016: Human Capital & Operation Recruitment Supervisor at PT Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories (Manufacturing) Kalbe Group
- 2017: Assigned to different field under the same organization, as Organization & People Development Supervisor at PT Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories (Manufacturing) Kalbe Group.

First Half (2018-2021) - 3 years:
- Decided to establish my career as specialist in training and development, and was assigned to Kalbe Learning Centre as Program Development Officer (later as Leadership & Soft Skill Development Officer).

Second Half (2021-present) - 2.5 years:
- 2021: Took assignment as Learning & Development Supervisor.
- 2022: Later, gained an opportunity to expand my leadership role as the Learning, Development & Partnership Supervisor. As a result, I also handled Customer Partnership function, which resulted in the formation of the Learning, Development & Partnership department.
- Apr 2023: Promoted to the position of Learning, Development & Partnership Manager.
